Individual Bookings
All individual bookings are paid in advanced to Web Tech Plus Pty Ltd to secure you a spot in your desired course.
Once you have accepted your quote WTP will send you an invoice which will need to be paid before courses are booked and confirmed. Trainers will not accept payment on the day.
If in the event that you are unable to attend the course, you are eligible to apply for a refund using the Web Tech Plus's Request a refund form . **Conditions Apply.**
There is no cancellation fee, if a booking is cancelled prior to enrolment confirmation by Web Tech Plus.
Cancellation fee consists of 40% of fee charged if cancelled or rescheduled outside of 7 days prior to commencement in order to cover administration costs undertaken up to that time.
Courses that can be rescheduled within 3 months of initial date will not incur additional costs unless meal and venue hire were part of your bookings. Web Tech Plus will do our best to provide another suitable date.
A cancellation fee of 100% applies for courses cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of course commencement.
